What was your childhood like?
My childhood in a boarding school was something else. No TV or phones, just pure joy playing cricket and basketball. And my love for Royal Enfield bikes started small and turned into a lifelong passion. Living away from my parents taught me to be fearless in tough times, shaping who I am today.
What do you appreciate most about Parkar?
Right from the beginning, they treated me like myself, even though I was fresh out of college.Everyone's super friendly and easy to talk to. I hear you don't usually make real friends at work, but at Parkar, it's different. The whole place just feels good, and thanks to that, I've made some amazing connections that go beyond work.
What is that one quality that has helped you along your career path?
My career has had its ups and downs, but I always bounce back stronger. Every challenge is a chance to learn and improve, like getting better at a sport with each practice. Just like a brand new day means new possibilities, I see each workday as a fresh start to achieve something great!
Do you feel unstoppable at Parkar?
Parkar makes me feel like I can do anything! It's got this energy that pushes me to keep trying and getting better. Plus, I feel really supported - like I can take risks and learn without worrying about messing up. Parkar taught me the big secret of not letting work stress get to me. We're all in this for the long haul, not a quick dash, so why sweat the small stuff?
What advice would you give to someone who just started their career?
While you're young on the job, you're getting paid to learn! Soak up everything you can like a sponge. The older you bring in your role, the more it'll all click together, and you'll be a pro. Oh, and one last tip:ditch the negativity and don’t compare yourself to others. This is your career journey, so focus on your path and shine bright without worrying about what everyone else is up to!
