The Workplace of Winners (WOW) Conference was an incredible experience, and we are thrilled that our Sr. Director of HR, Zara, represented Parkar at this inspiring event. The conference was a perfect blend of learning, collaboration, and innovation, creating an electric atmosphere that sparked new ideas and meaningful connections.

Zara also had the opportunity to connect with the brilliant minds from the 1000 Women Leaders and HR40 Under 40 programs. After months of virtual conversations, meeting in person brought an instant and inspiring sense of camaraderie.
